The work outs at work continue. Call me Mr. Burpee!I have added a set of 5 burpee's per nightshift, am starting out slow. It is amazing how tired you get doing weird bouncy stuff like this when your 51 years old! Anyway I added another small positive exercise to my nightly work workouts. I want to also add skipping rope to my routine. I used to have a nice boxing style rope with weighted handles, need to find that puppy again.
