Here is a traditional Thai dish. 2 small fried Mackerel fish that you eat with a special sauce and a variety of vegetables and rice. The sauce needs to be spicy, sour and sweet, all at the same time! Their are 4 kinds of eggplants on the vegetable plate. A very delicious and authentic Thai dish. The fish head and eggs are especially crispy and good tasting. So you take some meat in your spoon, add the sauce, eat, then finish with one of the vegetables which also can be dipped in the sauce.
