The young children from the new very poor dump family are working the garbage. The kids are picking up on things fast, and working hard. There were no garbage trucks tonight after I arrived at around 910pm so a the father and 2 of his kids were out alone digging away through the already scavenged and picked over waste. Pickings were rather slim, they did not find much of value.
