I received Daido Moriyama's book "Labyrinth" today and it gave me an idea for my second magazine design. In the book Moriyama displays around 100 high contrast contact sheets. I thought why not do something similar? This afternoon when I got up I scanned 15-11x14 enlarged contacts and tonight I am designing them into a 20 page magazine. I am including contacts from the 2003 bargirl series, and the "Nepal", "People Under the Freeway", and "Families of the Dump" series. Still a fair amount to do on this as I have to do more scans and editing. If the first mag turns out OK, I will send this one off.
