I shot these photos of dad 2 days ago when I was preparing a film for the student to develop in the workshop. Leica M6 with 35mm F1.4 Tri-x exposed at 200AS. I adjusted the development a bit to bring down contrast as I will be printing in the Durst condenser enlarger. D76 2/1 11 minutes 30 seconds 20C.
Mom told me dad got up early yesterday and was cooking an egg for himself when she woke up, so he is still able to do many things on his own. Real life for dad is not quite as bleak as these photos are interpreting.
