I am thinking the final name for the cross Canada Ambrotype project will be AMBROTOS KANATA.
Ambrotos = the Greek word for immortal. I see this in the title to indicate the immortality of the ambrotype wet plate photograph, along the immortality of the landscape and their human inhabitants of Canada.
Kanata = is an indigenous Canadian word meaning "village" or "settlement". It is the origin of the name of Canada. I chose this word to pay tribute the original people of this part of the world, the indigenous natives/first nations people.
So AMBROTOS KANATA as I see it means IMMORTAL AMBROTYPES OF CANADA, IMMORTAL PEOPLE OF CANADA, IMMORTAL LANDSCAPES OF CANADA.
