One day the head policeman for the area shows up at the open air shop with his major wife. The wife chooses what bag she wants, the shopkeeper then gives her the bag for free, bribe paid. A few days later Mr. Big shows up again with his minor wife in tow and the process is repeated Mrs. Junior gets her free bag. Two wives, two bags, two bribes paid.
