Finally taking the overnight bus to Mae Sot tonight. I am on an extra tour bus with no set seat as it is Songran festival her in Thai and the buses are jammed full. This is dangerous time of year for traveling in Thailand, there are thousands of deaths a year on Thai roads each Songran.
If I do make it to Mae Sot intact I will start shooting and handing out the boots immediately. I am taking one 50+ lb bag with me plus camera bag with me this trip and the second bag with rest of the goods next trip to Mae Sot.
