I shot some film with the new lens here are the results, fricking sharp at point of focus negs with F1.4 and F 2, LOVE IT! I am happy I got the more expensive version of the lens, its sharper at the wider apertures that I use and it allows closer focusing like in the picture of the leaf detail below. The most exciting part for me with this new tool is the possibilities for great photos it opens up, if I can take just 1 photo I am proud of, 1 photo that says something important then the $3500 CAD price tag is worth it to me.
