During Monday's Aikido class I managed to hurt the toes on both my right and left feet. It is like the skin hurt or is bruised. Hoe the hell do you do that? I think it is from all the front rolls, on the follow though your feet sort of slam into the mat of the dojo. At least that is what I am telling myself. Did probably 20 or more rolls, so thats the answer, it ain't a 55 year old guy thingy!
Update* My right handspring is mostly better, a bit tender but feels better, so I plan on going to Karate on Sunday. Will try to stretch a bit better this time!! The left ankle Aikido injury from last week back is mostly healed.
