So lets count...after 3 Aikido classes and 1 Karate class last week, my left wrist is bruised (Aikido), my feet and toes hurt/missing skin (Aikido and Karate), my right leg muscles hurt in 3 places (Karate), my left shoulder is sore (Aikido), and both hands just sort of ache, when I try to make fists. This is just the beginning, glad I am getting into shape!
