It is always nice when people offer you water and other things as you pass by. This has happened to me in the dump, in Klong Toey Slum in Bangkok, in Laos, in Cambodia etc. Today it happened to me 2 times the migrant area. One was from a Thai man in a richer home, he gave me a bottle of water. The second time was in the poor Burmese migrant area. I was offered a cup of water and also a caffeine drink (very common here). I took the water but politely refused (told them I did not drink that sort of thing, whiskey etc.) the caffeine upper drink. I find them way to sweet and strong, and do not like getting UP that way. It was very nice of them to offer it to me, those bottles are not cheap.
