Did more buys tonight before heading out to the dump very late. The bike works great for this type of thing. I went to the boot store bought 6 pairs (3x size 9.5 and 3x size 10). The cost of the boots was 1200 baht. I also bought 10 headlamps for 129 baht each, 1290 total. I finally found a store that sells the headlamp. They are not the battery kind which is a bit better, but the rechargeable type. I hope the recharging type will work with the families, many areas in Buddha land (Freds rented land place) and some areas inside the dump have a form of power now. The swamp dump area has no power at all.
