Scanning all these 35mm negs has brought me an important conclusion, I waste way to much film. I need to concentrate and think before I shoot more. I need to figure out exactly what I am trying to say and then shoot with that thought in mind, allowing for accidents that benefit the photograph. I cannot just shoot like a wild man and waste valuable expensive film. I need to raise my percentage of good shots lik4emy friend Larry Louie does with his work. Photographers like S. Salgado and D. McCullin do not just blast away like crazy men, every thing is thought out and a train of thought flows along with the shooting.
More thought, and patience (wait for the shot to develop) and less action required!
