Children often carry other children in the dump. Here a young sister carries her even younger baby brother around. In the dumps I would see set pairs of kids like this night after night. The same slightly older child carrying on their sibling around on their backs the entire night. For such a small child the weight must be an incredible burden. The love and protection the older child provides is an amazing, beautiful act of love.
This might be the same little girl as in the the earlier hand holding picture. She seems to be wearing the same Hello Kitty shirt. This picture might have been made on the same night or several nights later or earlier, as the kids often wear the same clothes in the dump night after night.
