Today when I arrived at the dump at around 545am, two teenage boys were sleeping on the highway next to the dump. They were sleeping half on the shoulder area and half on the actual road the cars drive on. Their two heads could easily been crushed if a car had driven over them during the night. Highly dangerous behavior, luckily there is not heavy traffic on that road yet, especially at night. Not sure what they were thinking, there are is plenty of places to sleep alongside the road, maybe the pavement is hotter or cooler or more comfortable in some way. How do they deal with all the mosquitoes? I get eaten up by bugs in my hotel room, could not imagine how bad it is at the dump in the open at night without any netting.
