As I wrote about before the whole bathroom thingy here in
Europe is strange. Another weird anomaly if the VALUE they put on ketchup. They
dole it out like it is a precious metal of some kind. If you ask for it
sometimes they grudgingly give you some at other times they will ask you for 10
Euro cents per package.
I just ordered a #5 meal at a Burger King in the Milan
railway station which cost $7.90. The lady (older workers here at fast food
joints) gives me my food on the tray, when I ask for some ketchup she asks me
for an additional 20 cents. She was nice thou, when I made a bit of a face
while reaching for my wallet she smiled and said it was OK, waving me off. I
got my precious metal for free.
