Found this fascinating story about wet plate negs and the gold rush in Australia. Some of the glass place negs measures 1 meter x 1.5 meter, which is larger than my 35x35 inch negs will be. They even found a 10 meter sized panoramas. ANYTHING, ANYTHING can be done if you want it bad enough. Heck if these guys could do bigger wetplate work in the 1870s, why can I not do 35x35s now? I will do it!
