Printing is such an art form, it is completely different than shooting but such an integral part of the process. The photographers who do not do both are not complete in my estimation, they are only a one handed artist. I hope one day to become a master printer, I feel I am growing into that roll now. Doing printing for 10+ hours a day as I am now for the shows forces me to try new things, and fix different problems inside different negs. I feel I am growing and improving as a darkroom worker, bit by bit, day by day I am becoming more proficient and effective as a printer. It is all so beautiful and exciting.
