The young boys went heavy break dancing, wearing hoodies, hats and the like last night. In all my years photographing in the dump this is the first time I have seen something like this. The music was loud and played in a continuous loop. It went on for maybe 1 hour 30 minutes possibly 2 hours. Then it suddenly stopped and everyone went on with their lives.
This photo was made from a top a hill garbage next to their dancing mats. The flies were really on me, hand them crawling all over me. Their might have also been a cockroach or two, had to brush some big things off the back of my neck 2 or 3 times.
