Amsterdam

I enjoyed Amsterdam, found it rather an amazing place. I missed out on the nightlife, red light district but did see the city in the daytime. I traveled around the canals, visited 2 photo galleries and the Van Gogh museum (trip highlight). A wonderful city, with a unique way of doing things. The streets are filled with bicycles, more bicycles than I have seen in any other country, the tram lines and car lanes seem to intersect and cross over everywhere, the signage is a mystery and, everything is very expensive thou not as expensive as Switzerland. I will look to go back to this place some day, some way. The next time for a longer visit, a visit that would include more art galleries and the night life scene.
