What if I not only included my b/w photos in the movie but also shot the movie in color and then converted it to B/W in post! The entire film would be viewed in beautiful black and white. I could use colour selectively at certain key moments as Mr. Spielberg did in "Schindler's List" (of course am not comparing what he created, an all time masterpiece, and I am attemping to do). But using b/w then moving to colour at key times is a very effective visual technique. Here is a thought, an end shot of hope with laughing beautiful dump children smiling away. A fade from black and white to colour and their joy of youth. THE END.
